By using this Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any of the terms, please stop using the Site.
The Site provides a platform for online purchase of tickets for cultural and entertainment events. We act as an intermediary between event organizers and ticket buyers.
To make a purchase, you must provide a valid email address and name. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.
All prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment is processed through the secure Stripe payment service. We do not store your bank card data.
After successful payment, you will receive an electronic ticket with a QR code at the specified email address. The ticket confirms your right to attend the event.
Ticket refunds are possible in accordance with the event organizer's policy and applicable legislation. To request a refund, contact us by email.
In case of event cancellation by the organizer, the full ticket price will be refunded.
All materials published on the Site (texts, images, designs, logos, source code) are the property of CREATIVIDAD DE LA TIERRA SL or their respective rights holders and are protected by intellectual property laws.
The Site is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the Site and are not liable for damages arising from the use or inability to use the Site.
We are not responsible for the content, quality, cancellation, or rescheduling of events organized by third parties.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. All disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Málaga, Spain.
